Fender Protection Coating

High Temperature Resistant Coating

High temperature resistant coating is a thermoresistant coating on graphite electrodes used in Electric Arc Furnaces in Steel Industries.  This coating offers a protective barrier that isolates the graphite electrode from the furnace atmosphere. By preventing direct contact between the furnace gas and the surface of the graphite electrode substrate, the coating minimizes the exposure of the graphite to oxygen and other oxidizing agents. This helps to reduce the rate of oxidation, slowing down the wear and tear of the electrode. The coating enhances the performance and durability of the electrodes in high temperature environments.
